Beta testers wanted for individual email delivery
Pagecord's automated email digests were designed to allow readers to effortless follow blogs without needing to know about RSS, and without being bombarded with multiple emails. You subscribe to a blog and get a single email digest of all the posts once a week. It's a calm and simple way to keep up to date with a blog, staying informed without information overload.
This works well in many cases, but some bloggers might only want a selection of their posts to be emailed to readers – not the full enchilada. If your blog is a mix of micro-posts as well thoughtful essays, you might only want the essays to be emailed.
To address this, Pagecord now has a second option: individual email delivery. This allows you to switch your blog to using "individual" email mode, so you decide exactly which posts to send, and when to send them. No schedule, no batching – just open a post in the editor, click "Send to subscribers", and it lands in their inbox moments later.
