Improvements to custom domain handling

Premium customers can choose a custom domain name for their blog. Most people choose a root domain (eg. pagecord.com) but it’s common to also want the www variant to work too. The two are pretty synonymous.

This was previously tricky to set up with Pagecord, but now it’s much easier. If you choose a root domain for your blog, the www subdomain will work and 301 redirect to your root domain. Conversely, if you choose a www subdomain for your blog, the root domain will also work and 301 redirect to www.

You need to set up DNS records for both variants, and I’ve updated the FAQ with full instructions.
