💡 Pondering future ideas
Pagecord is intentionally simple, at least on the face of it. It was never intended to be an all-out website builder, bursting with components and plugins and complexity. It’s designed to be a simple blogging app that can be used by everyone, regardless of technical ability.Â
It gets out of your way, letting you focus on your writing. Â

A couple on my mind right now are:
- Tags. Where you add hashtags to the end of your email, which are stored as tags internally which can then be used to filter posts.Â
- Themes. Where you can do basic tweaks to the typeface and colour theme.
Nothing earth-shattering, in fact nothing that other indie blogging apps don’t already do, but I think they’d be a nice addition to the Pagecord experience while also being largely invisible, so the ultimate goal of simplicity can remain. Â
I’ve no immediate plans to implement these, but I’d be keen to hear your thoughts about whether they’d be welcome additions.Â
