Post-centric Open Graph images

A minor tweak to Pagecord this morning. If you have images in your posts, the first one will now be used as your open graph image, which should makes the post look better when sharing on social media. It's not perfect, there's no clever resizing going on, but it seems to be "good enough" which is fine by me.
